Sunday Sessions

Sunday Morning  Social Sailing & Training

Open to all skills and ages, Sunday morning sessions provide an opportunity for members and non-members* to catch up with friends and hone your skills out on the water.  Sessions are tailored depending on registrations.  Activities may vary ranging from structured training, onwater games, and general challenges/skills depending on each groups goals.  

$15 Junior Members, $25 Members, $35 Non-Members(plus sail-pass if required)

Registration includes use of a club pacer if required.  BYO boats are welcome 

Onwater from 10 to 11:30(ish).  Briefing from 9:15

Where possible, sailors will be devided into the following fleets:

• Green Fleet: For sailors newly out of their discover sailing 2 or equivilant course
• Silver Fleet: For intermediate sailors with a year or two under their belt
• Orange Fleet: For advanced sailors looking to compete further afield.

Please note: Non-members are required to have a valid Australian Sailing membership or Sail-Pass. All sailors must have completed a discover sailing learn to sail 1 or 2, or be able to demonstrate equivilant experience.  Participation is at the discretion of the OOD or lead instructor/coach and all sailors must follow the instructions of relevant club officials.  Activities are weather dependent and may be cancelled, post-poned or altered at short notice at the club's discretion.

Note: This is not an Australian Sailing accredited course and instead is conducted by the school/club/organisation, outside of the Australian Sailing framework.
