Discover Sailing Courses run in line with school terms 1, 2, 3 & 4, making it easy to fit into busy schedules. Courses include two full days of classroom, and on water instruction lead byour experienced Australian Sailing certified instructors!

Discover Sailing Level 1 – Course Overview

Set sail into a world of excitement! This beginner-friendly course introduces participants to dinghy sailing and the essential skills needed to get started. You’ll learn:

Sailing terminology and equipment basics
How to launch and return to shore
Capsize recovery techniques (and the confidence to handle them!)

Course Prerequisites

Must be water confident
No prior sailing experience required & all equipment will be provided.
